Shipping Methods

Orders are made via the Portuguese Post Office (CTT). You can choose between sending via regular mail, priority mail or registered mail.
For orders over €50, shipping is free.

We will do everything to ensure that the order is shipped and delivered as soon as possible. However, delivery times are only approximate, as we cannot predict possible delays in delivery services.

Shipping to Portugal:

According to the information provided by the CTT – Correios de Portugal:

Shipping via regular mail takes about 3 to 5 business days for mainland Portugal. It may take a little longer for the islands. We are not responsible for loss by the post office.

Shipping via priority mail takes about 1 business day for mainland Portugal and about 2 business days for the Azores and Madeira. We do not hold responsibility for loss by the post office.

Shipping via registered mail takes about 1 business day for mainland Portugal and about 2 business days for the Azores and Madeira. Proof of shipment is sent by email to track the progress of your order on the CTT website. We do not hold responsibility for loss by the post office.

We recommend using the ‘Registered Mail’ option, since it is the safest because you can track your package.

Shipping European Union:

Exchanges and Return Policy

We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

To carry out exchanges, you have a period of 14 days after receiving the shipping confirmation email. The product must be intact, unused and must be returned to Entre Chicas with the original shipping packaging. The product can only be exchanged for another of equal or greater value. In case of exchange due to a manufacturing defect, the product can only be exchanged for another equal one.

To exchange an item, follow these steps:
1st- Request the return to our email [email protected] within 14 days after receiving the shipping confirmation email. If the request exceeds the deadline, it will be considered without effect. This email must include the order number, the reason for the exchange and pictures (if necessary).
2nd- In a second phase, we will assess the situation. If it is to proceed with the exchange, we will contact you to inform you of the steps to follow.
3rd- The customer will send the product he wants to exchange to Entre Chicas. The product will only be accepted if it appears with the original packaging. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for the product until it reaches us.
4th- The exchange can only be made for products of equal or greater value. In case of exchange due to a manufacturing defect, the product can only be exchanged for another equal one. The new shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the reason for the exchange is a manufacturing defect.
5th- A personal coupon is given to the customer to discount the value of the product in exchange for his new purchase. The coupon will be valid for 3 days. This coupon can only be used once and cannot be combined with other coupons.

Payment Methods

Buying online with us, you can choose to pay using MBWay, PayPal, direct bank transfer and credit/debit card.
